The Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) in partnership with the Council for Educational Change is providing three Florida Assistant Principal Leadership Forums this fall. Through the FLDOE’s William Cecil Golden/DELTA professional development initiative, the Forum introduces emerging leaders to the process of Change Leadership and Building Learning Communities through critical skill development in organizational skills, communication skills, and data-driven decision-making. Within a three day format, the Forum offers what assistant principals need to be successful leaders working to improve student achievement and the quality of instruction in their schools.
