Forum Features

Diagnostic and Skill Development
Participants will use the Council’s ELA diagnostic tool which provides personalized assessment results against national norms in 10 dimensions of leadership. Participants will also use the Council’s national award-winning, on-line learning ASAP modules in key areas aligned to Forum presentations and the new FLDOE Principal Leadership Standards.

Individualized Leadership Portfolio
Participants will develop an individualized leadership portfolio through an online Communications Center based on their assessment, skill development, and reflections at the forum to target their personal leadership goals and chart their path toward improving student achievement.

Mentor Assistance
Participants will work with mentors in special cohort groups, individualizing the experience. The mentors are veteran educators who have success and expertise in school based leadership and improving student achievement.

Networking and Elearning
Participants will improve technology skills; networking with other participants and mentors; and take advantage of elearning opportunities.
